Philosophy & Inspiration
Those who perhaps most need the healing benefits that yoga can offer often have the least access, whether for reasons of injury, illness, disability, fear of discrimination, feeling out of place, economic circumstance, or other barriers.
My inspiration for teaching yoga is to bridge this gap and to offer an accessible practice that meets each individual where they are at, customizing yogic tools to support each person in their self-defined journey of wellness, healing, and transformation.
I strive to make yoga accessible to all who are interested as a modality for healing and self-actualization, welcoming all and prioritizing serving those who face barriers elsewhere.
